Returning a product

When your item has a defect, or if you wish to return your item, please email us at store@1101.com within 14 days of delivery.

After that, please send us the product only, and the "return/replacement card" on the back side of the invoice of your purchase.
We do not mind if the item has been opened, but please note that you may not return or replace items that have past 14 days from arrival, used, cut, tainted, or damaged due to result of your error.

* Please note that we ask you to take the delivery charges unless we are liable for the return.

* We can not accept returns for certain products. Please confirm the detailed information on each product's page before placing an order.

Replacing a defective product

If the product we sent you has an error on our side, and is a defect, we will replace it with a new one, or give a refund. Please email us at store@1101.com within 14 days of delivery.
After that, please send us the product by collect. Please enclose the "return/replacement card" located on the back side of the detailed invoice of your purchase.
(For international deliveries, we do not enclose an invoice of your purchase, so please attach a memo indicating your name, order number, and reasons for return.)

Method of refund when you have returned a product

(In case of credit card)

After you have returned a product, we will refund the product fee via your credit card company.
Depending on the time of your return, the amount will be deducted from your account once and then your credit card company will refund the fee to your designated account.

(In case of COD payment and covenience store payment/postal money transfers)

If you chose COD or convenience store payment/postal money transfers and you have completed the payment, we will refund the fee by bank transfer or postal money transfer after you have returned your product to us. Receiving the product, we will send you an email with more detailed information about the refund process.
