1) Enter your email address and your password to open Hobonichi Store Note.
2) Click the button "change" on the right beside "customer information".
3) You will be displayed with the page to change customer information. Follow the guidelines on the display and make changes
4) When an email with a subjecct "notification of change reception" reaches your indicated email address within 15 minutes, your changes are complete.
* If change reception confirmation email does not arrive, there is a possibility that your changes has not been completed.
In that case, please open Hobonichi Store Note and confirm your customer information. When changes have been made as you did, your changes have been completed.

We accept inquiry emails at all times, but operations such as replying and payment confirmation etc. is 10am to 5pm (Japan Standard Time).
