If you can view our website and can proceed with our order system without trouble, we accept your order from overseas.
Note that some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Conditions on international shipment
Shipment to international destinations are processed around the end of the whole shipping period, since preparation for international shipment requires more time.
You will receive a notification email from us when your order is shipped. This email is sent out on the night when your order is shipped out.
The delivery date depends on postal service conditions of your country. We use Express Mail Service (EMS) as our carrier. We will be able to deliver your product normally 3 to 4 days, a week at the latest, but please note that depending on the destination and the country of your delivery. Requirements such as customs duty other than postage and substantial time for clearance procedure are necessary upon arrival of your delivery. Custom formalities vary within the ship-to country, so ask your custom service that have jurisdiction over your district for additional questions. If your package has not arrived in several weeks, please email us at store@1101.com with your name, your order number and your email address and let us look into it.
Please be forewarned that some countries take longer for customs clearance procedure, and additional fees such as customs duty may be necessary.

International shipping charge
An extra 500 yen is charged as handling fee in addition to your EMS shipping cost. EMS shipping cost varies according to the weight of the package and the area of destination.

Billing price for international orders
The product price displayed in Hobonichi Store includes Japanese consumption tax.
For international orders, consumption tax is not charged on the product price. In addition to this price, international shipping charge (handling charge and EMS shipping charge) will be charged.

Additional customs duty may be necessary for some countries.

Upon cancellation/replace of your order, note that foreign currency transaction loss may occur depending on the credit card company you have chosen as your payment method and the timing of your cancellation/replace. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
