When creating clothing and handbags, minä perhonen saves each and every leftover piece of their textiles so they don't go to waste. Each piece, techo cover is made with different varieties of these patches cut from a different spot in the original textile, giving every cover an entirely unique look. For this 2016 Spring Edition cover, minä perhonen has specially chosen designs filled with refreshing images of springtime. Here's a closer look at these designs.

    An intricate lace textile with patterns of flowers and butterflies to evoke the image of a garden.

    This design was inspired by the beauty of eagles and hawks soaring gracefully across the sky, as if floating on air.
