HobonichiHobonichi Stencils
These mini stencils are designed to fit perfectly into the planner cover pockets.
The Schedule set includes a 12 cm ruler, and the center includes icons for drawing people, modes of transportation, and marks for birthdays and anniversaries. Beneath that is a wavy line, a dotted line, checkboxes, and more, to allow for drawing effective and customized layouts in pages. The lines in the Schedule set are the perfect height for using in the weekly calendar pages in the Weeks.
The Basic set includes squares to make to-do checkboxes, stars, hearts, numbers, and other essentials.
The Activities set includes symbols for vehicles, weather, and smiley faces.
The Travel set includes an outline of Japan, symbols for hot springs and fireworks, and other icons for travel and vacation.
The Speech Bubbles set includes a variety of speech and thought bubbles to spruce up your messages.
The grid design on the stencils is 3.7 mm, which matches with the 3.7 mm grid of the Japanese Original or Cousin. These stencils also work great with the English Planner, but please note the only difference is that the grid guide is slightly off from the 4 mm grid of the English Planner.

- Material is thin acrylic; use with caution
The Stencil is made of a thin acrylic board that will break if bent too forcefully. Please handle with caution.
- Thin pens work better
The shapes are measured for use with a 0.5 mm mechanical pencil or Hobonichi Store Exclusives Ballpoint Pen (uni Jetstream), so thicker instruments may not write as well.
- Stencil grid size matches Japanese A6 Original and A5 Cousin layout
Printed onto the stencils is a 3.7mm grid guide that matches up with the 3.7mm grid size in the Japanese A6 Original and A5 Cousin planner paper. Because the grid size in the English Planner is 4mm and the Weeks right-hand memo pages are 3.55mm, the guides may be a little off when lining up the stencil over the paper.
