This Hobonichi Techo cover made in collaboration with Porter contains ample storage space while staying portable and comfortable to carry around. The cover has the distinctive shape of a square box and is made with the same durable Cordura ® nylon as Porter’s bags and wallets.
The A5 Square (Brown Beige) has a light beige exterior and a dark brown back outer pocket. Complementing this nice color scheme is the cover’s refreshing light blue interior.
The back of the cover contains a mesh pocket that can carry your smartphone and other items.
The ends of the zippers contain snap buttons. You can use the cover when these buttons are still snapped shut, but if you want to open your cover the full 180 degrees, just unsnap these buttons.
When you open the cover, you’ll marvel at all the functionality provided inside. There are three card pockets, a clear pocket that can fit a passport, and a zippered mesh pocket so you can carry all of your daily essentials alongside your Hobonichi Techo. The pen hook can hold a pen by its clip.
The removable shoulder strap included with the cover also has an adjustable length. The strap itself is approximately 72.5 cm by 135 cm.
About Porter
Established in 1962, Porter was the bag-maker Yoshida Kaban’s first original brand. Over 80 years after Kichizo Yoshida founded Yoshida Kaban, his philosophy of "One stitch all soul," in which every little stitch requires the maker’s full attention, has since become the corporate motto. The brand was named for hotel porters, whose daily attention to their guests’ luggage gives them a particular insight into what makes a good bag.
