The Hobonichi Pencil Board is popular among users for the way it provides a comfortable, non-slip writing surface under each page. This pencil board is designed for use with A6 size books.



The design is meant to look like a page taken right out of the Czech author Karel Capek’s old illustrated book about the adventures of a puppy, Dashenka: The Story of a Puppy, right down to the cream-colored background and brown print color.



The pencil board includes illustrations from the book that the author drew himself. You can see Dashenka’s mischevious personality shine through all the poses.



The board has one side labeled by millimeter to act as a metric ruler and a “Today” tab on the corner to mark the current page if you’d like to use it as a bookmark as well.
