In collaboration with the children’s book A Bear Called Paddington first published in 1958, we’ve created some goodie bags based on Paddington™.
Paddington is a bear who traveled alone from Peru to England, and lives with the Brown family in London. He wears a trademark red hat and blue coat, and loves marmalade sandwiches. He loves having a cup of cocoa and pastries together with Mr. Gruber.
We’ve created these goodie bags that come in two designs, which are perfect for keeping marmalade sandwiches or pastries.
One design shows Paddington eating snacks on the front of a tall brown bag, and the words “marmalade sandwich” are printed on the back. The size is based on what would fit a marmalade sandwich.
The second design is a wide white bag that shows Paddington and Mr. Gruber spending time together. The size is based on what would fit two pastries for them to share. The bag includes the word “elevenses,” which refers to an 11 o’clock break for light refreshments. There are blue stripes on the sides of the bag.
These bags will make you feel like you’re enjoying tea time alongside Paddington and Mr. Gruber. The set includes two brown bags and three white bags. Feel free to use them for whatever you wish, whether it be carrying bread or snacks for your lunch or as a gift bag to wrap something special for someone.
In addition to the techo, our Paddington™ lineup includes stationery and accessories that make a great set when used together.
