This small tote bag is made with the same textile used in the minä perhonen Hobonichi Techo jellybeans + tambourine cover. The bag is big enough to fit a Hobonichi Techo Cousin along with your wallet and any other personal items you’ll need when you’re out.
This textile combines the “jellybeans” pattern that once appeared in the Hobonichi Techo and the “tambourine” pattern that has been loved by many for a long time. The playful design features fluffy romantic droplets colored with watercolor and circles drawn with embroidered dots — two different shapes of “circles” that joyfully overlap.
The material is a light and pleasant linen, offering a comfortable touch. The unique texture of the “tambourine” embroidery on the top adds a fun touch.
This “jellybeans + tambourine” tote bag will let you carry around a bright and fresh mind. We also recommend using this bag with a matching techo cover.
minä perhonen is a brand created by designer Akira Minagawa.
First founded in 1995 under the name minä, and renamed “minä perhonen” in 2003. In Finnish, “minä” means “I,” and “perhonen” means “butterfly,” expressing Minagawa’s hopes to create designs as light-hearted and beautiful as a butterfly’s flapping wings.
