Silicon CoverSSACK NavyA6 Size (fits Hobonichi Planner and Hobonichi Techo Original)

This unique silicon cover joins the lineup for its second year. The silicon resin feels clean and pleasant to the touch, and the soft yet sturdy material flexes easily but returns to its original shape. The 2016 edition has been improved to stay more resistant against scrapes and dust. The design has also been newly fitted with a silicon band to keep the book shut.

The simplistic design of the SSACK is by Taku Satoh, the same designer as the Hobonichi Techo book. The cover interior includes a small pen holder designed to fit a pen clip, incisions to hold cards, one bookmark, and a side-flap to keep your place.

The 2016 SSACK lineup includes colors that make the most of the silicon material's ability to depict brilliant color. This cover's crisp, deep navy is suitable for any user or setting. Feel free to branch out and give this new cover design a try.

Black dots on the cover

Small black dots may be visible on the cover material. Please note that these are unavoidable occurrences during the silicon material’s manufacturing process.

Keep away from heat and direct sunlight

Please keep your cover out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources as it may result in discoloration, distortion, or deterioration.

About the pen holder

The pen holder is designed to hold the clip of a pen, so please note it does not work with pens that do not include a clip.

Cover contains uneven surfaces

Special care has been taken to prevent this as much as possible, but due to the nature of the silicon material, sections of the exterior cover may have small protrusions, such as areas over the bookmark flap or card pockets.

Book-holding bands may fit differently

A band inside the cover is designed to hold your book in place. Depending on the type or thickness of book you store in your cover,
the band may fit differently. The basic full-year techo book is designed to have a snug fit.

Incorrect: 昔の人は、草木に降りた霜が (Long ago, people saw the frost on the plants...)
Correct: 昔の人は、草木に降りた露が (Long ago, people saw the dew on the plants...)
