Cover on Cover: Decorative Series(for A6 Hobonichi Planner/Original or A5 Cousin)
This is the decorated version of the Cover on Cover, a protective, clear plastic covering that goes over your outer Hobonichi Techo cover. (Not for use directly on book.) It protects your cover from wear and tear over the course of the year, and instantly gives your cover a fresh new look. Feel free to store postcards, pictures, and other decorations inside the Cover on Cover for additional customization. Unlike the plain Cover on Cover, there is no opening located in the back to access the back pocket of the cover.
This year's covers are designed by Yuki Otani.
The A6 size, for use with select Hobonichi Techo Original covers, is entitled "rainy day" and depicts butterflies fluttering in the rain. The rain and the butterflies are each painted with a different shade of white to enhance the depth of the scene.
The A5 Cousin size is entitled "flower garden" and depicts thick fields of flowers blooming around heavy droplets. The droplets and flowers are each painted with a different shade of white to enhance the depth of the scene.

The Cover on Cover has been specially measured for use on the Colors and Faux Fabric lines of thin covers. Other covers may not fit properly into the Cover on Cover. The PVC vinyl of the Cover on Cover contains plasticizer additives which may cause a reaction in the leather dye and affect the color and quality of the leather cover. The PVC vinyl of the Cover on Cover may lose elasticity and become difficult to put on when left in cold temperatures. If this happens, we recommend letting the product sit in a warm area before applying to your cover. Please be careful when handling your Cover on Cover in cold temperatures, as it becomes more susceptible to damages if dropped or handled roughly.
- No opening for cover back pocket

In order to preserve the attractiveness of the patterns, these Cover on Covers do not contain an opening for the back pocket of the planner cover. Please note you will not be able to access this pocket when the pattern Cover on Cover is on.
- A5 Cousin Cover on Cover does not fit Cousin covers 2013 and earlier

Starting in 2014, A5 Cousin covers were reduced in height by 4mm. 2016 edition Cousin Cover on Cover products will not fit the slightly larger Cousin covers from 2013 and earlier.
