Starting June 1st, 11 AM Japan time, we'll be offering the July-December 6-month Avec as a single book, available in the A6 Original size or the A5 Cousin size. The Avec is roughly half the size of its full-year counterpart, making it a smart, compact option for the second half of 2017. Here is some information for those interested in switching things up and trying something new.
2017 marks the third year since we first introduced the Hobonichi Techo Avec 2-book set. We’ve heard that many customers have chosen the Avec as their very first Hobonichi Techo. Because the Avec's size and price are half that of its full-year counterpart, it's a perfect test run for users who want to see whether they'll be able to keep up with using the Hobonichi Techo.
The Hobonichi Techo Avec is a page-per-day planner notebook that starts on July 1st. The pages are designed to accommodate schedule organization, journaling, work notes, drawings, hobby tracking, and more. Even the most trivial scribbles can turn into good memories when paging through the book later on, so go ahead and use this opportunity to let yourself go and try all kinds of ways to use your pages. It's the perfect time to find your ideal style!

Because the Avec is half the thickness of its full-year counterpart, the book is incredibly convenient for carrying around in your bag or pocket. The book can also be used with the covers of its full-year counterpart, so you can still choose your favorite cover.

This style is perfect for the Avec, which is especially designed to stay manageably thin despite any bulging items pasted into its pages.
*Bonus washi tape is only available while supplies last, and is only included with orders placed online through the Hobonichi Store or purchased at Hobonichi’s TOBICHI shop. Orders purchased in Loft department stores will not include the free bonus.
