Black Domopack Tote Bag
This genuine leather tote bag is designed in collaboration with graphic designer Taku Satoh. The leather matches this year’s TS2017 / Black Domopack.
The bag’s concept came from a casual remark by Taku Satoh while exploring leather selections for the Black Domopack cover. He mused that it would be nice to have a tote bag made with that same leather, which brought about the bag and its simple design to showcase the full charm of the leather.
Black Domopack is created by La Bretagna, an Italian leather company founded in 1961. The high quality leather contains a thin coat with silver foil that has been sanded down for an uneven and expressive look.
The bag is 34.5 cm tall, 32 cm long, and 10.5 cm wide, making a perfect amount of room for A4-size documents and a laptop. The top-quality leather gives the bag a thick and sturdy feel that protects its shape and retains its beautiful look, as Satoh carefully designed the bag to look great whether you hold it by hand, hang it over your shoulder, or place it on the floor.
The interior of the bag contains two pockets, one deep pocket to store long wallets and one shallow pocket to comfortably store cards, phones, and other smaller items within reach.
Because the bag is made using a great deal of precious, top-quality leather, this product is available through manufacture-to-order sales, in which bags are produced after the order is made.

This product uses extremely variable and unique leather that looks different depending on its position when assembled into the final product. Your product will look different from the example pictured on the product page.
- Avoid storing in hot and humid places
Please avoid storing your bag in hot, humid places or placing it atop other objects for long periods of time as this may result in lower product quality and color stains. Please use caution when storing.
- Immediately dry leather if it gets wet
Immediately dab your bag with a dry cloth if it gets wet. Avoid drying it with high temperatures, and place it in a well-ventilated place in the shade.
