• Store Information

  The Hobonichi Planner 2013 is only available for purchase
  through the online Hobonichi Store and ARTS&SCIENCE stores in Tokyo.

• Shipment Time

  Shipments for orders made through the Hobonichi Store are scheduled to begin in October.
  Shipment time will change depending on the time and contents of the order.
  A confirmation email with shipment information will be sent shortly before shipment.
  The information will be in Japanese, so please contact store@1101.com if you have any questions.

• Shipment Methods and Costs

  Japan
  Domestic orders are shipped express through Yamato Transport.
  The shipping fee is a flat rate of 630 yen.

  Overseas
  International orders are shipped through Express Mail Service (EMS).
  An additional handling fee of 500 yen will apply.
  EMS costs are calculated by destination and package weight.

• Payment Methods

  Credit Card (Japan and Overseas)
  Accepted credit cards are VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Amex, and Diners Club.

  

  Convenience Store/Postal Transfer Account (Japan only)
  A payment slip will be included with your order.
  Please complete the payment indicated on the slip at a nearby
  convenience store or post office within 14 days of delivery.

  Cash on Delivery (Japan only)
  Payment will be collected upon delivery.
  An additional handling fee of 210 yen will apply.

• Order Change or Cancellation

  Changes and cancellations are possible for
  orders not yet prepared for shipment.

• Returns and Exchanges

  Please contact store@1101.com within 14 days of delivery
  for return or exchange requests.
  Exchanges cannot be made for a different size or product.

• Release Date Site Traffic

  Every year, the Hobonichi Store experiences a high volume
  of traffic on the release date of the Hobonichi Planner.
  We apologize in advance for any inconveniences with slower loading times
  or connection problems during initial high-traffic hours upon release.

Product Information

• Caring For Your Planner Cover

  ・To prevent wrinkles or stains, avoid rubbing or wetting your cover.

  ・Leather covers are vegetable tanned to preserve genuine textures
  and are expected to contain the original characteristics of the leather
  such as wrinkles, scars, stains, or vein marks.

  

  

  

  

  ・We ask for your understanding in regards to unavoidable dents
  around cover edges from the sewing machine.

  

  ・Bookmarks may tear off if pulled too strongly.
  Please handle your bookmark strings with care.

  ・Avoid storing your cover in hot, humid areas or using volatile cleaners
  as this may affect the quality of the product.

  ・Snap buttons may break if forced shut around an overstuffed cover.

  ・In order to allow customers the enjoyment of naturally-maturing leather,
  covers do not contain oil coatings or special treatment.
  These covers are very delicate, so we recommend
  gently wiping them with a dry microfiber or silicon cloth.
  Hobonichi has also partnered with R&D Co., Ltd. to provide customers with
  critically-acclaimed leather care products to lengthen the life of leather covers.

• Hobonichi Planner Calendar

  The Hobonichi Planner does not list holidays.
