All covers are hand-made and may contain slight variances: Each and every cover is individually sewn by a factory worker hand-operating a sewing machine. Best efforts are made to ensure consistent sizes and specifications, but there may be slight differences.
Black or white dots on the cover: On rare occasions, there may be small black or white dots visible on the cover. This is an unavoidable aspect of the manufacturing process.
Immediately dry the product if it gets wet: Immediately dab the product with a dry cloth if it gets wet. Avoid
drying it with high temperatures, and place it in a well-ventilated
place in the shade.
Store in a cool, dry place with good ventilation: The enamel in this product can become distorted when stored in places with humidity and high heat. Storing it in a ventilated area and wiping it with a dry towel will protect the sheen of the enamel.
Do not keep in contact with printed material or vinyl surfaces for extended periods of time: Letting the product sit against printed material or vinyl surfaces may result in transfers of the print and other damage.
Pen holders are rigid at first: The pen holders are rigid at first, making it difficult to insert pens. You can speed up the breaking-in process by rolling the pen holders in your hand.
Sliding no-slip pens into the pen holder: Pens with rubber, non-slip grips may be difficult to slide into the pen holder.
Not for use with Cover on Cover: The PVC plastic of the Cover on Cover contains plasticizer additives which may cause a reaction in the leather dye and affect the color and quality of the leather cover. Please refrain from using the Cover on Cover with this product.
Color may vary slightly based on viewing screen: The color of the product may be slightly different in actuality than compared to how it appeared on a computer or smartphone screen.
Interior of cover may be loose: The interior of the cover may not be perfectly taut due to limitations during the manufacturing process.
Interior leather may contain preexisting wrinkles and marks: The interior uses tanned leather that may have imperfections visible on the surface, such as wrinkles, scratches, stains, or vein marks. We ask for your understanding for these naturally occurring characteristics of genuine leather.
